Refund Policy:
The payment for any of our services is non-refundable non-replaceable, Once the client place and order for website designing, domain names, web hosting, email hosting, trademark, copyright, ISO, Pvt. Ltd. Amount paid regarding this services will not be refunded whether service is rendered or not.

Account Setup / Email on File:
We will setup your domain and hosting account after we have received payment. The email set up is done instantly once payment recieved by us. It is your responsibility to give us the exact domain name required by you, if you fail to do so and once the domain name purchased by us will have to accpeted by you, or else another domain name will be chargeable. Once the designing plan finalised cannot be changed, if you need any extra service will be chargeable.

Payment Information:
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Web Mumbai Media, in advance of the time period during which such services that are provided is due. You agree that services will continue to be charged unless you notify Web Mumbai Media of your desire to cancel, those services will be billed on a recurring basis according to your current pricing structure (i.e. domain fees, hosting fees). Web Mumbai Media reserves the right to change any and/or all fees at anytime.

Price Change:
The amount you pay for hosting and Web Services will never increase from the date of purchase for the term of order. Web Mumbai Media reserves the right to change prices for services at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices listed on Web Mumbai Media , and the right to change the amount of resources given to any plan at any time.
